Reported toilet seat broken upon checkout on March 30. Couldnt use card access back into building after hours. Desk person (female) ran to desk and then door opened. Personal opinion, she locked door to leave desk. It was 11:30p. Of corse she will say it was business. I rang doorbell multiple times.She didnt say anything after I entered lobby.

The location was great & price affordable. We ate a great breakfast both mornings & the staff was helpful which helped give us a great start for our days...Our rooms were clean & comfortable as well.
